2. nel caso di prenotazione online presso il residence: compilando la scheda cliente della Società, conversando in modo informale durante le telefonate col nostro ufficio booking, interagendo con la stessa o acquistando servizi;

3. nel caso del servizio clienti della Società: chiedendo assistenza, servizi particolari o assistenza post-pernottamento;

4. nel caso di e-mail, SMS e altri messaggi elettronici: scambiando comunicazioni tra la Società e l’utente.

 

Qualora l’utente fornisca alla Società dati personali di terzi (ad esempio, familiari, altri clienti o potenziali clienti), lo stesso dovrebbe accertarsi che tali soggetti terzi siano informati e abbiano autorizzato l’utilizzo dei loro dati come descritto nella presente Informativa sulla Privacy.

3. FINALITÀ DEL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI

1. gestire, amministrare ed elaborare gli acquisti dei pernottamenti, i servizi vendita e post-vendita, ad esempio attività amministrative, contabilità, garanzie, rimborsi, laddove applicabili, prevenzione delle frodi e comunicazioni con l’utente, anche via email, per qualunque problema relativo alla gestione del pernottamento o alle successive richieste relative al soggiorno;

2. ottemperare a obblighi imposti da leggi, regolamenti o legislazione UE (inclusa la normativa anti-riciclaggio di denaro) e avanzare una pretesa giuridica o difendersi da essa.

È necessario fornire i dati personali per le suddette finalità e il rifiuto renderebbe impossibile il completamento dell’acquisto. 4. TUTELA DELLA PRIVACY DEI MINORI
