A stone's throw from the famous Piazza dei Miracoli and the San Rossore Natural Park, the Residence is immersed in the quiet and green of the Mediterranean vegetation. The apartments, in independent villas, large, bright and equipped with every comfort, are arranged in a courtyard around a large and luxuriant garden. All is completed by a wonderful swimming pool available to guests and a large multifunctional building, in which the reception, the lounge bar, the multipurpose room for conferences and congresses. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with Wifi. The structure also offers a large private and free internal parking.

In the multifunctional building called the Service Centre, there is the reception, the scenic Lounge bar and Restaurant I Lumi, which thanks to a large glass wall has a beautiful view overlooking the lush Mediterranean garden and the Multipurpose Room.

The Restaurant of the San Rossore Residence offers the opportunity to dine in a quiet and refined environment, delighting with wonderful dishes of Tuscan cuisine, from the sea and from the land. It can host your wedding banquet, your company's dinner, your children's first communion and all events that require a quality space, immersed in a unique context and an exclusive environment equipped with every comfort. You can choose between the rooms on the ground floor and the Cafeteria, with a panoramic window overlooking the garden, or the Mediterranean garden itself equipped for the need.
